Interactive Maker Projects - Workshop FILLING

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

This is a hands-on experience creating interactive maker projects that display lights as students describe a model such as a volcano, solar system, California mission, etc.

In addition, touching parts of the model prompt further information from the student in the form of their videos, audio recordings, opening web pages, and many other options.

The interactive maker projects use the Arduino, HyperStudio, and the inexpensive HyperDuino Simplest Complete Starter Kit as the maker movement components of these projects.

Attendees will receive their own personal HyperDuino Interactive Maker Project Kits, as well as a full version of the HyperStudio software for either Macintosh or Windows.

Requirements:  Attendees will need to bring their own Macintosh or Windows laptop with a USB port.

In addition, advance purchase of the HyperDuino Kit plus HyperStudio (Just $49.95 for a $134.90 value) is required so that the software can be installed on attendees' computers in advance of the workshop. The HyperDuino Kits will be distributed at the workshop.
